Obituary

Susan J. (Emery) Macomber Age 66 of Brockton died peacefully surrounded by family on March 26, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. Susan graduated from St. Columbkille High School in Brighton, Massachusetts.

A lifelong Brocktonian, Susan was the daughter of Robert Emery of Easton and the late Edith Emery. She had worked many jobs in her life finally settling into a career in social work as a veteran’s home caretaker and certified nursing assistant.

Susan loved spending time with her family, cooking, entertaining and watching her beloved New England sports teams, especially the Bruins. Her loving smile, numerous quips and joyful spirit will be missed by her father Robert Emery, her children Lisa Neveu of Brockton, Kevin and his wife Marcy Maloney of Norton and Shannon Maloney of Fitchburg along with 5 grandchildren, Amanda, Tianna, David, Mae Elizabeth and Sydney.
