Teresa Monteiro Ramos, "Tarezinha", 100, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, passed away on September 29, 2019. She was the wife of the late Joao Ramos "Djon de Amalia". She would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call home and after a glorious one hundred years of life, she leaves a legacy of surviving seven children; Cuty, Zinha, Homero, Belmira, Joao, Ana, and Maia; twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and one sister with nieces and nephews. Her simplicity and kindness is felt by all the friends and strangers she touched. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and gardening. She also had a great sense of elegance always wanting to be well dressed and a taste for fine perfume. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton, at 9:30 AM on Friday, October 4, 2019, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 10:30 AM.
