Theodore Simeone Colocousis, 79, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at his home in West Bridgewater. He was the beloved husband of Diane (Moloney) Colocousis. Born February 4, 1942 in Brockton, MA he was the son of the late Christ and Helen (Panagotopoulos) Colocousis. Ted was raised and educated in Brockton, Class of 1960 and graduated from business school in 1966 while studying computers. He was a retired Superior Court Officer in Brockton and he was also a Special Police officer in Avon. Ted was a storyteller to his family and friends who enjoyed his great sense of humor and his happy smile. He most enjoyed annual family vacations in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard which began in the 1970's and continued throughout the years. He had a passion for driving corvettes, playing golf and was a member of the Brockton Country Club for many years. In addition to his loving wife Diane, he is survived by his daughter, Cheryl, her husband Steven and their children Julie and John; son Marc, his wife Melissa and their children Maxwell and Mitchell; brothers, John Colocousis, Fotis Colocousis and Nicholas Fountas and their families; as well as many cousins and close friends. Following Cremation, A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Friday, August 27th from 3:00PM-7:00PM. Interment will be private. The family would like to invite relatives and friends to Brockton Country Club, 265 Samuel Ave., Brockton on Saturday, August 28th at 2:00PM to celebrate Ted's Life.
