Theodore G. Yiankos Theodore G. Yiankos , 72, of Taunton and formerly of West Roxbury, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at his home in Taunton. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Vasileou) Yiankos. Born November 14, 1935 in Greece, he was the son of the late George Yiankos and Zoe (Boury) Yiankos. Mr. Yiankos was a retired chef. He had worked for the Red Coach Grill and then El Toritos Restaurant in Norwood and then was a chef at the Hill Top Steak House in Braintree for several years. He has been a Taunton resident since 2001 and had previously lived in West Roxbury for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Vasileou) Yiankos; his son, Demetrios Yiankos and his wife Maria of Taunton; his grandchildren, Stefanie and Alex; he is also survived by 3 sisters, 1 brother, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, June 7th at 9:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 10:00AM.
