Theoloo P. Schmidt, 98, affectionately known as Mimi of Brockton and formerly Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 after a brief illness.

Mimi was born on November 20, 1926 in Toombs County, Georgia. She was the wife of the late Robert G. Schmidt and the mother of the late George Ann Clegg and Carol Mullins.

She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and was an avid bird watcher.

Mimi is survived by her daughters Marie Schmidt and Laura Schmidt; her son in law Paul Fernandes; her grandchildren Heather (Clegg) Renc and husband Robert, Jennifer (Mullins) Lavoie and husband Chris, Jessica Mullins, and Abbey Peterson; and her great-grandchildren Savannah, Faith, and Christopher Lavoie, Tessa Peterson, and Emerson Cushing; as well as her brother Jack Parker of Florida.

Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (rt123) Brockton on Thursday, September 25th from 6:00PM-9:00PM. Interment will take place in Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte, North Carolina.
