Thomas C. Chase Thomas C. Chase , 77, of Boston, died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at the Brockton VA Medical Center. Mr. Chase was a Career Soldier for the United States Army and was known as an expert Pool Player in the Boston area. He is survived by his close friend, Anthony Schneider of Boston. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Brockton VA Medical Center Chapel, 940 Belmont St., Brockton on Wednesday, December 17th 10:30-11:30AM followed by a funeral mass at 11:30AM. Interment will follow in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:30PM.
