Obituary

Thomas A. Grogan, age 72, of Brockton, died November 1, 2015 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Tom was the husband for 51 years of Gaye A. (Penardi) Grogan. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late John P. and Martha E. (Gioiosa) Grogan, and was raised and educated in Milton. Always happy and good natured, Tom loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed golf, archery, long walks, working on cars, dancing, and Foxwoods. He was an avid fan of old cowboy movies and the Patriots and Red Sox teams.
Tom is also survived by his children, John F. of Taunton, Lynn M. of East Freetown, and Timothy J. and his wife Angie of Brockton; three grandchildren Wilfred Seris, and Marco and Isabella Grogan. He was the father of the late Thomas M. Grogan and brother of the late John J. Grogan.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Tuesday, November 10, from 9-11am followed by a funeral service at 11am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery.
