Obituary

Thomas W. Locke, Sr. age 62, of East Freetown, formerly of Brockton, died peacefully, January 8, 2012 at his home. Tom was born, raised and educated in Brockton, son of Madeline (Greene) (Locke) Cunningham and the late Stanley Locke. He was a Vietnam War veteran who served with the US Marine Corps and had been employed for several years as a Deputy Sheriff in Bristol County.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his children, Sharon Colletta of Canada, Thomas Locke, Jr. of Brockton and Cassandra Locke of East Freetown; two grandchildren Raina Colletta and Jordan Lynn Tanes; three brothers Steven Locke and James Donovan both of Quincy and John Donovan of Brockton; his nieces Katie Nicole Donovan, Jill Owens, Jamie Kendle and Jayne Cote, and former wife Nancy (Kingsley) Locke. He was the grandfather of the late Colin Andrew Locke and brother of the late Lindajean Locke.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday 5-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 10am. Burial in Spring Lake Cemetery, Rockland.
