Thomas Peoples, 71, of Brockton passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at his home in Brockton. Born April 6, 1947 in Boston, MA, he was a son of the late Thomas C. Peoples and Patience J. (Gustafson) Peoples. Tom was raised in Framingham and Ashland. He was a graduate of Ashland High School. He served his country in the United States Army, and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Tom was a truck driver by trade. He was an avid fisherman. Tom also enjoyed to read. He is survived by his children, Todd, Jason and Eric Peoples; his siblings, Paul W. Peoples and his wife Anne, Alma Bates, Patience Kupratis and Bettyann Callaghan. Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, May 21st from 3:00PM- 7:00PM followed by a funeral prayer service at 7:00PM. Following cremation interment will take place at a later date at the VA National Cemetery, Bourne.
