THIBEAULT – Of Brockton, Thomas G., age 77, May 25, 2005 after a long illness. Beloved husband of Sally A. (Hannon). Loving father of Thomas G. Thibeault, Jr. of Easton, Mark Thibeault of Brockton, Barbara Austin, Susan Finlayson both of Middleboro, Brian Thibeault of Brockton and the late Michael Thibeault. Dear brother of Evelyn Meinhold of Hanson, late Harry Thibeault, Alice Ekberg, and Mildred Coakley. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St., (Rte 123), Brockton, Saturday at 8:00 AM. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9:00 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Bridgewater. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 and 6-8. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Thomas may be made to the Brockton Visiting Nurses Association and/or Hospice of the Greater Boston, 500 Belmont St., Brockton, MA 02301.



BROCKTON – Thomas G. Thibeault, age 77, life long resident of Brockton, died May 25, 2005 at Good Samaritan Hospital after a long illness. Born and raised in Brockton, son of the late Thomas G., and Alice (McCullough). Thomas was a graduate of Stonehill College and Anna Maria College. After serving in the United States Army during World War II, Mr. Thibeault was a 30 year veteran of the Brockton Police Department; then went on to a second career in banking until his retirement 15 years later. Thomas was an avid golfer, member of the Senior Bowling League, and Life member of the Campello Veteran Firemen Association. Along with his memberships Thomas was a communicant at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, and the former Saint Margaret’s Church.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Sally A. (Hannon), children Thomas G. Thibeault, Jr. of Easton, Mark Thibeault of Brockton, Barbara Austin, Susan Finlayson both of Middleboro, and Brian Thibeault of Brockton, a sister Evelyn Meinhold of Hanson. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.


Thomas was the father of the late Michael Thibeault, and brother of the late Harry Thibeault, Alice Ekberg, and Mildred Coakley.
