To watch the live stream of Tiago and Rafael's funeral service, click the following link: Funeral Mass Tiago Nunes Ledo DePina,12, of Brockton and formerly of Cape Verde, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 in a tragic accident at D.W. Fields Park in Brockton. Born in Fogo, Cape Verde on April 23, 2009, he was the son of Teodoro Andrade Ledo DePina and Solange Nunes. Tiago attended South Middle School. He enjoyed playing soccer and video games, art, riding bikes, playing with his siblings and cousins, and exploring new surroundings as he had just moved to the states from Cape Verde. He was also a huge help with his younger siblings and cousins. In addition to his parents, Tiago is survived by his brother Diego Ledo Pina; his sisters Taymara Ledo DePina and Rosalisa Nunes Ledo DePina; his maternal grandparents Domingas DeAndrade and Joao Nunes; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral Mass will be held in St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton on Tuesday, June 1st at 12:00 PM followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be held in Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St.,(Rt.123) Brockton on Monday, May 31st from 4:00-8:00 PM.
