Vasiliki "Vicky" Karantonakis Vasiliki "Vicky" Karantonakis , 80, of Brockton died Monday, January 19, 2009 unexpectedly at her home. She was the wife of Zaharias Karantonakis. Born December 15, 1928 in Greece, she came to the U.S. in the early 70's with her family. She was a respected wife and mother who loved to make people laugh, always making jokes with everyone. Vicky enjoyed singing and dancing and traveling to Greece to visit with her family and old friends. Their was no one in her life that she didn't love and always had a good word to say about everyone in this world. She is survived by her husband, Zaharias Karantonakis of Brockton; her daughter, Maria Karantonakis of Greece; her son, Tony Karantonakis and his wife Lisa of Taunton; her grandchildren, Victoria, Zachary, Anthony Karantonakis, and Alexandria Anderson; she is also survived by five brothers and one sister. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt 123) Brockton on Monday, January 26th at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 11:00AM.
