Online Obituaries Vitalina F. Veiga, 53, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Eduardo H. Veiga. Born May 6, 1962 in Brava, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of Vasco Almeida and Lucia DeBarros. Vitalina came to Brockton at the age of seven, she graduated from Brockton High School. Vitalina was a Certified Nursing Assistant working at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. In addition to her husband and her parents, she is survived by her children, Eduardo H. Veiga, Jr., Derek Veiga and Ailton Veiga; her grandchild, Veronica; her expected grandchild, Stella and also expected grandson; her siblings, Genipro Almeida, Vasco Foster, George Almeida, Kathy Norman, Lisa Mosley, Steven DeBarros and Charles DeBarros; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, December 4th at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass in Christ The King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton at 10:30AM.
