Walter J. Morse, Jr., 82, of West Bridgewater, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the South Shore Hospital. He was the husband of Helen L. (McGregor) Morse.

Born December 21, 1941 in Boston, he was the son of the late Walter J. Morse, Sr. and Felice (Zaleska) Morse. Raised in South Boston he attended Boston Schools before serving in the United States Marine Corp.

Walter was an Engineer in the Power House at Gillette in Boston for over 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Helen L. (McGregor) Morse; his sons, Walter J. Morse, III. And his wife Michelle and William Morse; his granddaughters, Sophia Morse and Samantha Morse; his sister, Dorothy Hirtle; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Laurie Ann Morse.

Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Saturday, December 14th from 1:00PM-4:30PM followed by a funeral service at 4:30PM. Private cremation will follow.
