Online Obituaries William A. Bissett, 57, of Fall River, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013. Born October 21, 1955 in Brockton, he was the son of Geraldine (Colaluce) Bissett and the late Donald M. Bissett. Bill's great passion in life was music. He was known best for his percussion work with hand drums, such as congas, djembes and the bongos, earning him the affectionate nickname of "Bongo Bill". He was an accomplished amateur photographer, and loved the Boston Red Sox, science fiction, and his cat named Bella. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Taylor Bissett of Marshfield, Daniel Bissett, Paige Bissett and Adam Bissett all of Hull; his grandson, Jack Phelps; his siblings, Donald W. Bissett, Sallyann Carter both of Brockton and Joy Pell of Sandwich; his fianc, Betty Finzel of Fall River; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Calling hours will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home on Monday from 4:00-7:00PM followed by a funeral service at 7:00PM. Interment will be private.
