William "Willie" DeIulio, 83, of Brockton sadly, unexpectedly, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022. He was the husband of Barbara E. (Caputo) DeIulio.
Born on April 20, 1939 in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Victor DeIulio and Lena (Garro) DeIulio. Raised in the Bronx, William moved to Brockton in 1968, and worked for Meldisco Shoe Company as well as The Raynham Dog Track for several years and retired from United Liquors in West Bridgewater in 2003.
William was an avid New York Yankees and Boston Celtics fan.
In addition to his wife, Barbara, William is survived by his children Lisa Ann DeIulio-Gomes and her husband Danny, William "Willie" DeIulio, Jr. and his wife Mabel and Anthony DeIulio and his wife Emelita; his grandchildren Danny, Dalene, Desiree, Sophia, Anthony, Jr. and Kayla; his great-grandson Jayden; and his sister Adua Mucci and sister-in-law Jessie. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Elio DeIulio, Marie "Dolly" Tomanelli and her husband Domenick and brother-in-law Eugene Mucci.
Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., (Rt. 28) West Bridgewater on Friday, September 16th at 10:30 AM thence to St. Ann Church, 103 N. Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Calling hours Thursday from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
