William Peter Domenicucci, 92, of South Easton, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after a short period of failing health. He was the husband of the late June (Boydon) Domenicucci who was originally from Leicester, England.
Born October 22, 1922 in Brockton, he was the son of the late Biagio Domenicucci and Clara (Perrotta) Domenicucci. He was a Veteran of the United States Army Air Corp during World War II with the 82nd Airborne 32nd Troop Carrier Squadron. He participated in the invasion of Normandy and six other battles.
William was the retired owner of Brockton Distributors, Inc. and the Lawrence Street Market for over 70 years. He was devoted to his family and was a member of the Italian American War Vets.
He has been a resident of South Easton for 40 years and enjoyed baseball and politics.
He is survived by his children, William Domenicucci and his wife Ann of Fruita, Colorado, Colin Domenicucci of Bridgewater, Sandra Domenicucci of South Easton and Danette Conti of Rockland; his grandchildren, Lisa Mooney of Hanover, Mark Domenicucci of Norton, Alexandria Conti of Rockland and Autumn Conti of Rockland; he is also survived by 2 great-grandsons, 1 great-great Grandson, and several nieces and nephews. He was the bother of the late Roy and Felice Domenicucci.

Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, May 22nd at 9:00AM thence to Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home Thursday 4:00-7:00PM.
