Kelleher of Brockton, September 11, 2002, William J. Kelleher, 82 years. Husband of the late Mary E. (Lehan) Kelleher. Father of Jane F. Paronich of East Boston, Maureen A. Berthiaume of New Bedford and the late William E. Kelleher.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Saturday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church at 10 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. At his request visiting hours are omitted.

Obituary

Mr. Kelleher died Wednesday at the West Acres Nursing Home after a brief illness. Born in Brockton, he was a son of the late James and Nellie (Riordan) Kelleher. He had been a lifelong resident of Brockton, attending Brockton schools. He had been employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the highway dept. for 10 years before retiring. He was an avid ballroom dancer, dancing at Wonderland Ballroom in Revere and Mosley’s on the Charles in Dedham.

Mr. Kelleher is survived by two daughters Jane F. Paronich of East Boston and Maureen A. Berthiaume of New Bedford. 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews
