William Robert Munroe, Jr. William Robert Munroe, Jr. , 85, of Brockton died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at the Braemoor Nursing Home in Brockton after a long illness. He was the husband of the late Olive (Scott) Munroe. Born January 17, 1922, he was the son of the late William R. Munroe and Ora E. (Bent) Munroe. He is survived by his children, Walter L. Munroe, Paul D. Munroe, John J. Munroe, George W. Munroe, Mildred Ashley, Olive F. Burr, Cynthia J. Oliviera, Dorothy Tosetti, all of Brockton, Edward S. Munroe and Stephen K. Munroe, both of Florida, Doreen F. Grover of North Easton, Gail L. Arnold of East Bridgewater; also survived by 31 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was also father of the late William R. Munroe, III and Frank E. Munroe. Funeral Information A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, Sept. 20th in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater at 12:00PM. Calling Hours have been omitted.
