Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Monday at 10am. Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church, W.Bridgewater at 11am. Burial in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7 pm.

Winifred M. Kuczin resident of West Bridgewater, retired employee of New England Telephone Company died Wednesday evening at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater after a period of failing health.
Born in Bridgewater daughter of the late Edwardand Margaret Winifred (Guenther) Brown. She attended schools in West Bridgewater and was a graduate of Howard High School. Mrs. Kuczin retired from the New England Telephone Company as a long distance operator after 32 years of service. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and a long time communicant of St. Ann Church. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and especially enjoyed yearly cruises.
She is survived by three brothers, Edward J. Brown of Bourne, Walter W. Brown of Bridgewater and Richard K. Brown of Wareham and several nieces and nephews

She was the wife of the late Vincent W. Kuczin, mother of the late Edward Stewart Apt and sister of the late George J. Brown and Ellen (Brown) Murphy
