Obituary

Yves G. Pierre-Louis, age 26, of Whitman, formerly of Brockton, died September 6, 2016 at his home under the care of his wife and hospice. Yves was the loving husband of Meagan (Hume) Pierre-Louis. He was born in Port Au Prince, Haiti, son of Adeline Pierre-Louis of Brockton. Raised in Brockton, Yves graduated from Brockton High School in 2008, and as an Officer from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, in 2012. He was a Field Artillery Officer in the Army, and was stationed in Oklahoma. Always willing to help others, Yves enjoyed mentoring his younger classmates, as well as playing video games, basketball, rugby, cooking and working out.

In addition to his wife and mother, Yves is survived by a daughter Amaria Hume and was the brother of Sarah St. Jean, Clifford St. Jean, and Daphne Gabriel.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 4-6pm followed by a funeral service at 6pm. Burial will be at West Point Cemetery on Friday, October 7, 2016.
